Please note during the registration process you can select to pay the registration fee by credit card via an online secure site or be invoiced and pay later. If you wish to pay later please select the “Invoice Sent for Payment by Direct Deposit or Cheque” option and you will be sent an invoice.

  • Return transfers for 2 adults from Nadi Airport : arrival 26, 27 July and departure 31 July & 1 August only*. Child transfers will be at the delegates own cost.
  • Breakfast for 2 adults on 28, 29, 30 & 31 July only. Children under 12 years have complimentary breakfast if accompanied by an adult and children over 12 years are at the delegates own expense.
  • Conference materials including satchels and program book
  • Choice of three of the Partner Program Activities or second attendance at the conference sessions.

TRANSFERS – PLEASE NOTE: In order for your transfers to be arranged and covered within your registration you will need to provide your travel details including  forward and return dates, time and flight numbers. The Secretariat will contact you six (6) weeks prior to the start of the conference with a link to an online form to enable you to provide these details. If you do not provide them by Friday 29 June 2018 the Secretariat will not be able to guarantee availability and the transfers may not be covered by your registration. 


If you are bringing guests or children who are not registered for the Conference you will need to purchase additional transfers for them. When the Secretariat requests your travel details the form will include the option to purchase these additional transfers. The costs are:

Adult one-way – A$25.00

Adult return – A$50.00

Children one-way – A$15.00

Children return A$30.00

Registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements in accordance with your registration, together with a tax invoice receipt. Please note that bookings will only be confirmed once payment is received.


Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies for accommodation and registrations:

  • Bookings can be cancelled with no penalty until Wednesday 31 January 2018.
  • Bookings cancelled between Thursday 1 February 2018 and Thursday 30 March 2018 will incur a 30% cancellation fee for the total value of the booking.
  • Bookings cancelled between Friday 1 April 2018 and 31 May 2018 will incur a 60% cancellation fee for the total value of the booking.
  • Bookings cancelled after 31 May 2018 will incur a 100% cancellation fee for the total value of the booking.


Should your registration be unpaid at the time of cancellation, the Secretariat reserves the right to charge your credit card for the appropriate cancellation fee as outlined above. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged, however this must also be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing.

General Conditions of Registration

It is expressly agreed that NECA National and the Conference Secretariat for the 2018 Electro-Technology Conference, their legal representatives, directors and employees, and their agents, officers and services, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by the person, possession or property of any Conference participant or other person during or in connection with the events on the program or any other activities of the 2017 Electro-Technology Conference, for any reason whatsoever no matter howsoever caused.

It is agreed that the NECA National and the Conference Secretariat for the 2018 Electro-Technology Conference, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any or all of the programmed or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes or any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by NECA National, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.
