Believed by locals to have healing properties because of the sulphur in the hot springs, making this a good social experience. The Sabeto Hot Springs has three pools set in lush natural surroundings and is ideal with travellers seeking for a unique experience. Immerse yourselves in the warm mud baths and have fun applying mud generously on yourself and your friends as well. Started in 1977 by the late Raymond Burr, star of Perry Mason and Ironside and originally designed to house Burr’s private collection of tropical orchids, the gardens have developed into a popular attraction, with a fabulous jungle walk that takes visitors past a large lily pond and through lush tropical forest.
